Ben, a first-year from Missouri, is a prospective Applied Math and CS double major. On campus, he works as a CS teaching assistant and software development intern and is a mentor for Code Haven and MATHCOUNTS, two STEM outreach clubs at Yale. Ben spends his free time competing in intramurals for Benjamin Franklin College (the best college), playing club table tennis, and playing piano.
